泉州力士乐伺服放大器维修点：F860 Overcurrent: Short in Powerstage过电流：功率级短路。Description:The current in the power transistor bridge has exceeded twice the peak current of the drive. As a result, the drive will be immediately turned off.说明：功率晶体管电桥中的电流已超过驱动器峰值电流的两倍。因此，驱动器将立即关闭。

 

The drive has switched to a torque-free condition. An optional brake isimmediately activated.

驱动器已切换到无扭矩状态。可选制动器立即启动。

 

Cause:原因：

1. Short circuit in the motor cable.

电机电缆短路。

2. Defective power section of the drive controller.

驱动器控制器的电源部分有缺陷。

3. The current regulator was incorrectly parameterized.

电流调节器参数设置不正确。

 

Remedy:解决方法：

1. Check the motor cable for a short.

检查电机电缆是否短路。

2. Exchange drive controller.

交换驱动器控制器。

3. The current regulator parameters should not deviate from the default values of the feedback.电流调节器参数不应偏离反馈的默认值。
