力士乐驱动器维修：E250 Heatsink Overtemperature Warning散热器过热警告

Description:说明：The temperature of the heatsink in the drive controller has reached the maximum allowable temperature. 驱动器控制器中散热器的温度已达到最高允许温度。

 

Within a time frame of 30 seconds, the drive follows the command value input. 在30秒的时间范围内，驱动器将遵循命令值输入。

Consequently, there exists the possibility to shut down the motor with the control so that it remains true to the process.

因此，存在通过控制来关闭电机的可能性，从而使其与过程保持一致。

 

(For example close the operation, leave the collision area, etc.)

（例如，关闭操作、离开碰撞区域等）

After 30 seconds, the parameter "Best Possible Deceleration, P-0-

0119" set reaction appears during operation.30秒后，参数“最佳可能减速，P-0-0119“运行过程中出现凝结反应。

 

Cause:原因：

1. Deficiency of the drive's internal blower.

驱动器内部鼓风机不足。

2. Deficiency of the control cabinet’s climate control.

控制柜气候控制不足。

3. Incorrect control cabinet dimensioning regarding the head ventilation.

关于头部通风的控制柜尺寸不正确。

 

Remedy:补救措施：

For 1. If the blower fails exchange the drive controller.

如果鼓风机出现故障，请更换驱动控制器。

For 2. Install climitization feature to the cabinet.

在机柜上安装气候调节功能。

For 3. Check the dimensions of the control cabinet
