E256 Torque Limit = 0扭矩限制=0
驱动器出现E256扭矩故障有哪些补救措施：
Cause:原因：
1. For protection against mechanical overload, the maximum torque can be limited by the "S-0-0092, Bipolar Torque Limit" parameter.
为了防止机械过载，最大扭矩可通过“S-0-0092，双极扭矩限制”参数进行限制。
If the actual value of this parameter is equal to 0, the motor does not develop torque and does not follow the command value which has been entered.
如果该参数的实际值等于0，则电机不会产生扭矩，也不会遵循已输入的命令值。
2. Torque reduction is set through an analog channel and the
established current amounts to 10 V.
扭矩减小是通过模拟通道设置的建立的电流达到10V。
Remedy:补救措施：
1. Set the torque limit to a value larger than 0.
将扭矩限制设置为大于0的值。
2. Establish the analog voltage so that it is smaller than 10 V.
建立模拟电压，使其小于10 V。
维修流程：
第1步：根据客户的故障描述，评估该伺服器的可修复性。
第2步：客户寄/送到我司，登记入库，等待检测。
第3步：工程师检测故障点，出具检测报告书，确定维修价格及维修周期。
第4步：维修报价，等待客户确认。同意则进行维修，不同意则原机返回。
第5步：维修ok, 带电机测试老化。
第6步：试机成功登记出库。
第7步：客户付款。
第8步：交付客户使用。
第9步：贴心的跟踪服务。
