INDRAMAT力士乐TVM2.4驱动器维修步骤：
E825 Overvoltage Error过电压错误。
Cause:原因：
1. The mechanical system energy reflected via the motor was so large for a moment that it could not be completely converted to heat by the bleeder.
通过电机反射的机械系统能量一度过大，以至于无法通过放气器完全转化为热量。
As a result, the DC Bus voltage rose above the maximum allowable value.
结果，直流母线电压上升到最大允许值以上。
The motor is then switched to torque free operation.
然后将电机切换到无扭矩操作。
If the DC Bus voltage falls below the maximum allowable value, the controller will be turned on again.
如果直流母线电压低于最大允许值，控制器将再次接通。
2. DC Bus voltage is too high
直流母线电压过高
Remedy:补救措施：
1Reduce the acceleration value and check the drive controller layout if necessary.
如有必要，降低加速度值并检查驱动器控制器布局。
Install an auxiliary bleeder, if necessary.
如有必要，安装辅助放气阀。
2 Check the supply voltage, if necessary.
如有必要，检查电源电压。
力士乐伺服驱动器部分维修范围：
TDA系列故障(有液晶屏的)工作一会红灯亮，液晶屏无显示，报FEEDBACK，报MOTORVERTEMPERATURE等
DDS系列故障(数码管显示报警)，无显示，显示60，显示61等故障，
DKC系列故障：电机抖动，报F026，F229,F262,F860,C212等，
DKS系列故障：显示61，无显示，H1灯不亮，显示25，显示67等
RAC系列故障：报FEEDBACK，NO24V,PHASE,S-CIRCUIT等
