力士乐kdv系列伺服驱动器维修：F822 Motor Encoder Failure: Signal too Small电机编码器故障：信号太小。Description:说明：The motor encoder signals are monitored. 监测电机编码器信号。

 

If the signal amplitudes as measured via AK1 and AK2 are outside of the allowable region between Uss = 12.0V and Uss = 18.0 V, then the error message appears. 如果通过AK1和AK2测量的信号幅度在Uss=12.0V和Uss=18.0V之间的允许范围之外，则出现错误消息。

The drive becomes torque-free and an optional brake is immediately activated.驱动器无扭矩，可选制动器立即启动。

 

Cause:

1. Defective feedback cable.

反馈电缆有缺陷

2. Defective feedback.

反馈有缺陷。

 

Remedy:补救措施：

For 1. Check the feedback cable.Lay the power cables separate from the feedback cable..检查反馈电缆。将电源电缆与反馈电缆分开敷设。

 

The cable shield must be connected to the drive controller.

电缆屏蔽必须连接到驱动器控制器。（另请参见驱动控制的项目参考）。

 

For 2. Exchange motor.更换电机。

 

Note: This error can only be cleared in parametrization mode (phase

2). As a result of this error, the encoder emulation is switched off.

注：此错误只能在参数化模式（第2阶段）下清除。由于此错误，编码器仿真被关闭。
