Operation mode: Target position setting。If in the target position a value is entered which is greater or equal than the modulo value (Z118.20–), this error will be output at start of the positioning. The error is only used at modulo target modes, e.g
Z118.10– = 11, 14 or 15.操作模式：目标位置设置如果在目标位置输入的值大于或等于
